Ladies what do you think of a playa?

Ladies do you think a guy who a lot of women like to talk or approaches him to is a playa? would you write him off just because he is always seen talking to a different women.I like this girl but she and all her friends keep saying i talk to too many women but I just talk to them its not like im trying to talk to them. Some females just ask me minor questions and these females get bent out of shape like im just that bad. How do i correct this situation. Ive already told her i like her but she doesn't believe me lol. This has been happening alot since i moved from NYC to ATL. Ive been in ATL for 7 months now sigh some advices women please.
