What Supermarkets are there in Lanzarote?

I am going to Lanzarote in a few weeks and am wondering what and where the best supermarkets are? We are staying in Playa Blanca but have a car and so can travel anywhere to get to the best supermarket. I would mostly be looking for supermarkets with good fish counters and vegetables. Preferably between Playa Blanca and the airport. We are usually used to mainland spain where we would usually go to Mercadona, Supercor and Carrefour so are there any similar supermarkets in Lanzarote?
