Is the gelatin used in sour neon worms halal or haram?

i have a bag of sour neonworms (gummi candy) bought from aldi but i havn't eaten it yet cuz im not sure whether the gelatin used is halal or not. If it helps, they were made by crazy candy co. from batavia,illinois.
