How to please a woman verbally?

Okay, I am no pro, and have ZERO experience with flirt/playful talk. I see some of my friends that know how to make woman laugh, and all they do is touch her maybe, tease her, sometimes call her names, be egotistic too. I don't get it, I'm not capturing how this is interesting to some woman. How can I be "playa" like and get freaky with the ladies?
