When a license for an image says "not to redistribute", does that mean I can't sell it?

It's not quite clear, but it sounds like the guy just doesn't want you to sell (or give away) the icons for *others* to use in their projects. As it's written, I'd worry that putting it in your software might be "distribution," but I don't think that's really his concern.
