Can I sell anything at a pawn shop?

I have a bunch of jewelry lying around in my room...some are pearls, some are silver, and most of them are gold. I have no idea how much they are worth but I'd be happy to get any money at all for it. Could I sell those at a pawn shop? Also, could I sell watches that are gold but don't work?
