Best Mexico Spring break location.?

Me and my friends are trying to plan a spring break for next year. We want to go to Mexico but don't know which place is better. I went to Playa del carmen two years ago and liked it but there weren't to many clubs. it was more of a relaxing vacation. We were thinking Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, Cabo San Lucas, or Acapulco. Can you help explain what the differences are... Like clubs, beach,people, shopping etc. And which one you'd pick is best
